Overview

[68Ga]Ga-NOTA-T4 is a gallium-68 labeled nanobody tracer developed by RadioMedix for immunoPET imaging of Trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (Trop2) expression in solid tumors. This radiotracer demonstrates rapid and strong binding to Trop2 with binding affinity in the picomolar range. It features excellent pharmacokinetics in preclinical mouse models and beagle dogs, allowing for noninvasive visualization of heterogeneous Trop2 expression in various solid tumors. The tracer consists of a Trop2-specific single domain antibody (T4) conjugated with a NOTA chelator and labeled with gallium-68, a positron emitter with a half-life of 68 minutes. [68Ga]Ga-NOTA-T4 has shown promising diagnostic capabilities in both preclinical studies and a pilot clinical trial, making it valuable for patient stratification and response monitoring during Trop2-targeted therapies.
